Q. I can't sign in to an EBSCO database (CINAHL, Academic Search Complete, etc.) it keeps sending me to a log in page but my username and password do not work.

If you see a screen that looks like the image below, scroll to the bottom and select OpenAthens login (circled).

Enter Lewis University in the search box under 'Find your institution'

Choose Lewis University and sign in with the same username and password you use to sign in to MyLewis.
